About This Project
Developing complex IT systems is a comprehensive process that many companies simply cannot manage on their own. VIA Software collaborated throughout the entire development lifecycle of a price elasticity estimation system, documenting requirements with customers, establishing data models with client experts, identifying system interfaces, and preparing tender documentation for supplier selection. During implementation, the team developed extension requirements and managed communication among project stakeholders, users, and testing teams.
