Synopsis

Project Description

With the system “Costs and Revenue Data Hub” we have designed and implemented a data processing process for the determination and quality assurance of costs for planning purposes of an airline. The developed system consists of a central database in which actual costs from all relevant data sources are fed. By means of a series of configurable processing steps, which include automated time series analyses and the identification of outliers, current costs and forecast yields are regularly determined for planning purposes and continuously quality assured.

VIA Software has more than 20 years of experience in the processing, consolidation, quality assurance and enterprise-wide provision of all relevant airline costs. The data provided by the system developed by VIA Software serves as the basis for short- and medium-term flight scheduling, flight plan change decisions and operations control.
