Consulting for the Development of the Database Design of the Central Database for a Customer Loyalty Program

The goal of VIA Software’s client was to introduce a cross-industry customer loyalty programme. We supported the company in the specification of the initial data model for the central database in which all customer data and transactions are stored, as well as in the specification of the interfaces to the respective data sources.
